Timeline: 20–28 months

Fully custom builds

Your design, start to finish

Work with an architect or designer to create a home entirely tailored to your vision. We manage the build process while you control the design. Higher complexity requires a larger budget and longer timeline, but the result is uniquely yours.

Typical budget: 800k+

Timeline: 28–36 months

Get clarity before you commit

Have a lot in mind? We'll review it for zoning, utilities, soil conditions, municipal requirements, and buildability. We tell you what is possible, what it might cost, and what timeline is realistic—so you can make an informed decision.
