No problem. We can discuss lot acquisition strategy, help you identify good properties in your desired area, and guide you through the purchase process.
Do you work with architects or designers?
Yes. If you want a fully custom design, we can recommend architects and designers we have worked with. Or you can bring your own.
Can you build on my timeline?
We build 7–10 homes per year, so we typically have availability. If you need a specific timeline, let us know and we'll assess feasibility upfront.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our contract clearly outlines cancellation terms. We'll explain this upfront before you sign anything so there are no surprises.
